Elliott “Curley” Unkart, 85, of Finksburg died on Saturday, December 4, 2011 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.

Born April 18, 1926 in Reisterstown, he was the son of the Earnest and Lena Unkart.

He worked in the construction industry.

He was an Army veteran.

Surviving is son Joseph Smith of Finksburg, brothers James Unkart of Reisterstown & Kenneth Unkart of Huntsville, Al. Predeceased by William, Edward, Calvin, Frederick, Irvin & August Unkart. Also survived by 2 granddaughters, 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Wednesday 10-11am at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Rd (at Franklin Blvd). Funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00am. Rev. Shirley Barley officiating. Interment Deer Park United Methodist Church Cemetery in Reisterstown.
