On December 6, 2014, Philip Samuel Provenza of Reisterstown passed away, Mr. Provenza was born on May 1, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Philip Anthony and Edna Olivia Stringer Provenza.
Philip is survived by his sister, Anne Coyle of Reisterstown, Nephew, Hugh Patrick Coyle IV of Baltimore and niece, Alexandria Victoria Coyle of Baltimore. Sister in law Lisa Cozzolino. And good Friend Woogie who is Anne’s Dog.
