Obituary for H. Gordon "Gordie" Weitzel

On February 26, 2015, H. Gordon “Gordie” Weitzel, 93, passed away at the Nanticoke Hospital in Seaford, DE. , Mr. Weitzel was born on April 22, 1921 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Henry F. Weitzel and Blanche P. Tillman Weitzel.
Mr. Weitzel worked as a Plumbing Supervisor for Lloyd E. Mitchell. He was a Veteran in the United States Navy during World War II.
Surviving are his daughter, Joanne E. and her husband John H. Watts. Grandfather of James Watts, Loriann Holecheck and Karen Bradshaw. Also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road (at Franklin Blvd.) on Friday, March 6, 2015 7-8pm. Service will begin at 8pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Baltimore Humane Society, 1601 Nicodemus Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136. Online condolences may be made at www.ElineFuneralHome.com
