JoAnne Rosier Bradley, 71 of Westminster, MD, passed on March 1, 2015. Born October 9, 1943 She was raised by; Mr. & Mrs. Dewey and Emily Pickett Brown.

JoAnne was a graduate of Glenelg High School, class of 1961, a graduate from University of Baltimore with a BS degree, and a graduate from Maryland General School of Nursing class of 1964 a registered nurse.

JoAnne is survived by husband Michael Bradley, daughter Christine Nicole Bradley-Erlichman and husband Bill and her two grandchildren Caitlyn & Colin, Sisters Betsy Louise Powers, Rose Marie Bryan and husband Sanders, and many nieces and nephews.

She retired from Quality Care Dialysis in Owings Mills. JoAnne began her career as a RN and worked her way up to Head nurse at Maryland General Hospital from there she became Director of Nursing for Community Health Facilities, with her skills she was responsible for the commissioning of the beginning of Westminster Nursing home.

The family will receive friends 3-5 & 7-9pm on Friday at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136. Funeral Service will be held 11am Saturday at Sandymount United Methodist Church, 2101 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg, MD 21048 with Pastor Robert T. Wellman and Chaplain Art Monroe from Carroll Hospice Officiating. No Interment. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions made in her name to Carroll Hospice 292 Stoner Ave. Westminster, MD 21157.
