Paul Edward Andrews, 68, of Hampstead, MD passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born May 18, 1946 in Dallas, TX, he was the son of the late James and Dorothy (Hankwintz) Andrews. He was the husband of Mary E. Andrews, his wife of 46 years.

He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was a former member of the Buc's Club, Finksburg, MD. He loved 50's music and world traveling.

Surviving in addition to his wife is son, Marcus Andrews of Martinsburg, WV; daughter, Amanda Appel of Hedgesville, WV; granddaughters, Samantha Hall, Morganne Andrews; grandson, Trevor Gallardo; brother, James Andrews.

The family will receive friends at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, MD on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 3-5:00 and 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD immediately following the service.
