Obituary for Evelyn Zepp

Evelyn Mae Zepp, 88, of Hampstead, died on April 12, 2012 at the Long View Nursing Home in Manchester. Born November 18, 1923 in Finksburg, she was the daughter of the late Emory and Mabel (Uhler) Zepp.

Prior to retirement, she had been a bookkeeper for Reisterstown Lumber Company.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Robert R. and Elizabeth A. Zepp of Hampstead, grandson - Robert R. Zepp, Jr. of Gettysburg, PA; grandaughter and husband - Debra A. and James Henretty of Marriottsville; sister, Mary E. Smith of Reisterstown; step granddaughter Kim Roberts of Thurmont, 4 great grandchildren, Rebecca Zepp, Shannon, Kristen and Matthew Henretty; and former daughter-in-law, Anita Zepp of Eldersburg. She was predeceased by a brother, Harry E. Zepp.


Memorial services will be held at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, on Saturday, April 21 at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Denise Millett of Shiloh U.M. Church will officiate. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Emory United Methodist Cemetery.
