Gladys Naomi  Marshall (Chilcoat)
Gladys Naomi Marshall, 89, of Parkton, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her daughter's home in Parkton, MD. Born September 7, 1925, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Thompson) Chilcoat. She was the wife of the late Harold Malcolm Marshall.

She was a life member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher, superintendent and board member. She was also the first director of the Mt. Carmel/Prettyboy Senior Center, and subsequently a member.

Surviving are daughters, Sandra Haines and husband Robert of Reisterstown, Joyce Quintaville and husband Richard of Parkton, Janet Stratton and husband Douglas of Parkton and Amy Andersen and husband Dale of Parkville; and sons, Daniel F. Marshall and wife Kathy of Reisterstown and John M. Marshall and wife Isabele of Finksburg. Also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by grandson Joseph E. Machin IV.

The family will receive friends at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, on Friday, May 22, 2015 from 3:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, 2533 Mt. Carmel Road, Parkton. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg.
