Terence William Winner, 81, of Spring Hill, FL, passed away on Saturday August 1, 2015 at his son's home in Hampstead.

Born February 7, 1934 in Smock, PA, he was the son of the late George and Rose Winner. He was the husband of Norma Bollinger Winner, his wife of 35 years.

He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Army. Prior to retirement, he had worked as a field engineer for the Maryland Department of Transportation. He had been a member of American Legion Post 256 in Parkton and the Civil War Roundtable. He enjoyed thoroughbred horse racing, gardening and cooking. He was an avid Orioles fan and enjoyed taking day excursions on historical locomotive trips.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are daughter, Vicki R. Winner and son, William Ted Winner, both of Hampstead; brother, John Winner of West Palm Beach, FL; sister, Bernadette Lewis of Clearwater, FL; stepchildren, Barbara Johnson of Maryland, Rick Duel of Georgia and Margie Duel of Arkansas.

A memorial service will be held 6:30 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead with Pastor Art Monroe officiating. Interment will be private.
