On November 28, 2015, Adam Czyz of Reisterstown, MD suddenly passed away. He is survived by his wife, Malgorzata Czyz, his 2 daughters Paulina Alfred & Amanda Czyz, and his entire family & friends.

Memorial Christian mass will be Wednesday at 7pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Glyndon. Family & friends are welcome. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016, www.kidney.org
