Jessie Kathleen “Dee” Navickas, 67, of Reisterstown passed away on August 25, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center. She was born in Baltimore, MD on October 12, 1948 to the late Harold and Jessie Kathleen (nee Kuhn) Batt.

She had been an administrative assistant with Settlement Solutions.

She is survived by her daughter Lisa Hartwig and her husband John Hartwig, III of Westminster; grandson Nicholas Hartwig and his wife Kristen Hartwig; great grandchildren Riley and Raegan Hartwig; brother William Batt of Towson; brother James Batt of NC. Predeceased by boyfriend Scott Sheffer.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Thursday 6-8pm. Service will be held Thursday, 8pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
