Obituary for Rosie May Wheeler
Rosie May Wheeler, 69, of Glenville, PA passed away Tuesday September 20, 2016 at her home.
Born April 19, 1947 in Cockeysville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Betty Freeland Turnbaugh. She was the wife of the late Gary Brent "Whitey" Wheeler, Sr.
Prior to retirement, she had worked as a cashier for Miller's Market in Manchester.
Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, David Lawrence and Linda Wheeler of Crystal River, FL, Harry Randolph and Misty Wheeler of Glenville; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy Lynn and Bryant Mann of Hampstead; brothers, John Lawrence Turnbaugh of Marysville, PA and Steven Walter Turnbaugh of Hanover, PA; grandchildren and spouses, Bryant and Kim Mann, Brittany Palmer, April and Jerry Howell, Stephanie Wheeler, Madilyn Wheeler and Harrison Wheeler; great-grandchildren, Ivy, Jamison, Jacob, Owen, Taylor, Jonathan, Tyler, Ziva and Samantha.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 23, 2016, from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, MD. Services will be private.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 1393 Progress Way, Suite 908, Eldersburg, MD 21784.
