Obituary for James Robert Stuart

James Robert Stuart, 76, of Baltimore, MD passed away on October 21, 2016 at Gilchrist Center for Hospice Care. He was born on January 28, 1940 in Washington, DC. to the late Captain Richard St. Clair Stuart, USN and Robnette (nee Langhor) Stuart. He was married to Eleanor Townshend.

He was an IT Specialist with Social Security Administration.

He is survived by his wife Eleanor Townshend; daughter Leigh Ann Welsh; son Jeffrey Stuart; brothers Richard and Barry Stuart; 11 grandchildren.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Wednesday 11am to 12pm. Service will be held on Wednesday 12pm at the funeral home. Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery, 4111 Pennsylvania Ave., Suitland, MD 20746. If desired, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675
