Herta K. Davis, 78, of Upperco, MD passed away on December 7, 2016 at the Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born April 21, 1938 in Germany she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Theresa Koller and the beloved wife of the late Hank Davis; who passed away on November 10, 2010.

Herta was an accomplished seamstress and worked at White Hall Fashions for over 20 years. She enjoyed crafting, playing card games, and sewing outfits and Halloween costumes for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents and husband, Herta is preceded in death by her son Gary Bliss; and sister, Erna Langer.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Wilkinson of Manchester, MD; granddaughter, Terry Duryea of Reisterstown, MD; three grandsons: Kenny Wilkinson of Upperco, MD, Jordan Bliss of Smithsburg, MD, Lenny Wilkinson of Manchester, MD; great-granddaughter, Trisha Wilkinson; and sister, Marianne Staerke.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2016, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 5:00 pm at the Eline Funeral Home - 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, MD.
