Joan Wagner, 71, of Reisterstown passed away on February 22, 2017 in Stella Maris Hospice. She was born on April 5, 1945 in Plainfield, NJ to the late Leonard Joseph Reiss, Sr. and the late Helen Patricia (nee Urbank) Reiss. She was married to the late John Anthony Wagner.

Before retiring, she was a registered nurse and an organist and parishioner at Sacred Heart Church. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her son Joseph A. Wagner and wife Sarah; daughter Janice M. Houck and her husband Brad; son John M. Wagner and his wife Aoy; grandchildren Brady and Thomas Houck and Emile Wagner; brother Leonard Reiss, Jr.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Wednesday 6-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, 10am at Sacred Heart Church, Glyndon.
