Wanda C. Kowanic, 73, of Reisterstown passed away on February 26, 2017 in Sykesville. She was born on October 3, 1943 in Owings Mills, MD to the late Charles Clay and Ethel (Reter) Winebarger.

Ms. Kowanic retired from the State of Maryland.

She is survived by her son Mike and his wife Katie Kowanic of Florida; son Paul Kowanic of Reisterstown; brother Charles Thomas and his wife Shirley Winebarger of Reisterstown; sister Anne Winebarger of Sykesville; granddaughter Emma, grandson Ethan and great granddaughter Olivia.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Thursday 10am to 11am. Service will be held Thursday 11am at the funeral home. Interment in Druid Ridge Cemetery.
