The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Virginia Dillon can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Joy Merkle Parson
Condolence: "Miss Virgina" was my Sunday School teacher at Lochern Presbyterian Church many years ago. I had the honor of becoming her "helper" when I entered high school. I was blessed to have had her in my life and to this day I still think about how she loved the children amd how she shared God's love with them. Fast forward many years and I was able to wish her a happy 95th birthday when she was showered with cards. I mentioned that I was still teaching Sunday School and I hope she knew that she was one of the influences in my life. Jesus loves the little children...was a song she thought me and I can still see her sitting in her chair with the children around her feet. The Orioles have another "angel in the outfield" ....

Condolence: We are so sorry to hear of Virginia's passing. Our hearts go out to Stanley, Sharon, and Larry and their families. I'll never forget the Fourth of July picnics at Viva and Roy's farm, Kennywood, and the picnics at Andy and Dorthy's. Virginia was a wonderful and funny lady and will surely be missed.

Condolence: Larry's Mom lived a long life and could still tell all her stories right up until she passed. There will be a big Oriole fan missing this season. Fly to the angels Virginia! You are free - singing with the Lord and your family. Sad for us mourning her but she is Rejoicing with the Lord! Amen!

Condolence: We were so very sorry to hear of Aunt Virginia's passing. At the age of 95 I am sure she had many wonderful stories to pass on to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. What a wonderful life she has had. Our hearts grieve for the family left behind that must continue on without her. But we know she will always be there with you spiritually. Bless you all.
