Obituary for Michael Scott Chambers

Michael Scott  Chambers
Michael Scott Chambers, 67, of Owings Mills passed away on April 9, 2017 at Gilchrist Center. He was born on July 19, 1949 in Ohio to Guerney Max Chambers and the late Mary Catherine (nee Nussbaumer) Chambers. He was married to Jean Pasqualone.

Mr. Chambers was a Patent Examiner for the US Patent Office for 18 years.

He is survived by his wife Jean Pasqualone; step son John Webb of Harrisburg, PA; brother Scott Chambers and his wife Jasemine of Bethesda, MD; nieces Meredith Chambers-Lange and her husband Ted of Bethesda, Aidan Chambers of Philadelphia, PA and Delaney Chambers of San Francisco; predeceased by step son Brian Webb.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road (at Franklin Blvd.) on Tuesday 3-5 and 7-9pm and 10am to 11am on Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday 11:30am at Sacred Heart Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Reisterstown, MD. Interment All Saints’ Cemetery.

Michael was very interested in philanthropic endeavors and a recent donation resulted in the creation of the Michael Chambers Memorial Scholarship Fund. In lieu of flowers, a tax-deductible donation to the Linehan Institute, Michael Chambers Memorial Scholarship Fund, can be made at http://www.linehaninstitute.org/give.php?r=certification. The scholarships are being used to fund certification of both mental health clinicians and DBT Programs serving vulnerable, underserved populations of individuals at high risk for suicide.
