Jacqueline Teems, 83, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Fairfield, PA on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Born July 15, 1933 in Greenville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry Frederick Dagen and the late Grace Irene Meadors Dagen. She was the wife of the late Clyde A. Teems who died on December 30, 2011.

Jackie was a homemaker and a great cook. She served in the Navy in the early 1950's. She enjoyed scrapbooking, photography, gardening, taking day trips and decorating her home for the seasons, especially Halloween and Christmas.

She is survived by daughter Yvonne Zeminski and husband John Paul (J) Zeminski of Westminster, MD, son David Teems and wife Sue Teems of Harrison City, PA and daughter Karen Frye and fiancé Mark Keim of Fairfield, PA. Grandchildren Justin Teems and wife Karen, Yvonne Teems, Autumn Frye, Nathan Zeminski and wife Kristin, Michelle Ramsay and husband Ian; six great-grandchildren; sisters Barbara Beagle and Ina Dagen; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Harry Dagen.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main St., Hampstead MD.
