Obituary for David Shane Hunter
David Shane Hunter, age 41, of Hereford, Md., died unexpectedly Tuesday, April 25, 2017.
Born April 21, 1976 in Baltimore, Md, he was the son of LeRoy Rollin Hunter of Littlestown, Pa., and Dorothy Garlick of Homosassa, Fla.
In addition to his parents he is survived by paternal grandfather, Robert Hunter; stepmother, Kathleen Hunter of Littlestown, Pa; brother, Michael Hunter of Homosassa, Fla; nephew, Michael Hunter; niece, Breanna Hunter; aunt, Catherine Hunter; uncles, Richard Harris, Paul Harris and wife Elizabeth, and Billy Harris; also numerous cousins.
He was predeceased by paternal grandmother, Joan (Dolly) Kritsings; maternal grandparents, Jesse and Betty Harris; aunt, Vicki Harris, and uncle, Ronald Harris.
He had worked in the carpentry, concrete, and landscaping industries. David enjoyed his hunting dogs, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
Family will receive guests at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, Md., on Sunday, April 30, from 2-4 p.m., with a closing prayer.
