Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Hartman (nee Ritterpusch), 87, of Pikesville, passed away on October 26, 2017. She was born on March 9, 1930 in Baltimore to the late Bernard W. and Helen T. (nee Savorski) Ritterpusch.

Betty was a 1948 graduate of Seton High School in Baltimore and she was a homemaker.

She was the beloved mother of Barry B. Hartman (Sandra), M. Bridget Hartman Basehoar (the late Richard Basehoar), Beth A Hartman-Sanchez (Louis) and the late Bruce M. Hartman. Sister of Helen N. Watkins (Bill) and the late Bernard W. Ritterpusch. Grandmother of Courtney Haldeman, Jillian Seibert, Brooke Hartman, Matthew Hartman, Jessica Hartman and Tyler Sanchez. Also survived by 4 great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Rd (at Franklin Blvd) on Thursday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, Glyndon on Friday 10am. Interment will be private.
