Clarence Charles Rishel, Jr., 81, of Taneytown, MD passed away on November 22, 2017 at Nova Springs Assisted Living, Finksburg, MD. He was born on January 21, 1936 in Baltimore, MD to the late Clarence Charles Rishel, Sr. and the late Emma Shirley (nee Spealman) Rishel. He was married to the late Elsie May Rishel.

Mr. Rishel had worked as a food broker. He was the vice president of Key Food Broker, Columbia, MD. He was involved in the Reisterstown Rec Council for baseball and football. He was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader. He had also announced the games for the Cal Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach, SC. He was an avid golfer and participated in the Hootie and the Blowfish Tournament.

He is survived by his son Dennis Charles Rishel, Sr. of PA; daughter Terry Lynn Parrish of Taneytown, MD; grandchildren Jay Thomas Parrish of Westminster, MD, Dennis Charles Rishel, Jr. of Hanover, PA, Kelly Lynn Hinkaus of Taneytown, MD, Randy Brown of Owings Mills, MD and Tina Perna of NJ, Paul Richards, Carol Duford and Steven Richards; great grandchildren Hunter Rishel of PA and Koltin Hinkaus of Taneytown, MD. Predeceased by son Robert Lester Brown, III, daughter Eloise May Stinson and sister Shirley Emma Hartel.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Tuesday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Service will be held on Wednesday, 11am at the funeral home. Interment in Lake View Memorial Park.
