John Baptist Kotmair, Jr., 83, of Westminster, passed away on Wednesday December 13, 2017 at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg, PA. Born October 6, 1934 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late John and Dorothy (Bloom) Kotmair. He was the husband of Nancy L. (Blunt) Kotmair.

He served in the Navy for four years, had been with the Baltimore City Police for eight years, was a custom home builder and was founder of Save A Patriot Fellowship.

Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters, Dorothy Stein of Hampstead and Catherine Martin of Hanover, PA; sons, John Baptist Kotmair, III of Three Springs, PA, and Edward Louis Kotmair of Westminster. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 21, 2017, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017, 11:00 am at the Eline Funeral Home. Interment in Hampstead Cemetery.
