Condolence: Fergy & I will miss you, Willie!
We served with him for years on the board of the Md Simmental Assoc. He was a joy to be around, always ready to lend a helping hand. So glad we have the wonderful pic from his 90th BD. He was an amazing person!
It was a miracle he made it through WWII as a POW ! Thank you for your service, Will ! We will meet again in heaven!! LOVE, Fergy & Aileen

Condolence: To a wonderful brother and friend who always found a way to make us laugh. A generous big heart for anyone in need. A real Carroll County icon, everywhere he went someone greeted him warmly and expressed how great it was to see him.A true American patriot who loved his country and still at 92 said he would serve again if he could. Love you always. June and Paul
