The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Theodore Lawson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Charlie and Meda Thomas

Dottie, Beth and Mark, you have our deepest sympathy. Meda and I first met Ted and Dottie many years ago when we joined the Reisterstown Jaycees. Back then, we worked hard on community projects and shared many enjoyable experiences with a remarkable group of young people. Little did we realize that some of these early relationships would grow into a unique circle of friends whose close relationship would literally last a lifetime. Meda and I are forever grateful that Ted and Dottie chose to include us in their lives. For nearly 50 years, we shared many wonderful memories with Ted relating to golf, tennis, skiing, Ravens, bridge and our monthly dinners. Along the way, we shared our life experiences about jobs, our children and grandchildren, and our retirement years. With his overall intellect and caring personality, Ted was a great listener and a true friend. He shared our excitement over life's many small triumphs and was helpfully uplifting when warranted. Of Ted's many strengths, the one which was most prominent throughout his life was his strong and continuous faith. He will certainly rest in eternal peace and will forever be missed by his many friends. Charlie and Meda
