Amanda Rhea Hebb, 37, of Hampstead, passed away on March 9, 2018 at her home.

Born August 5, 1980 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Wayne Eugene and Linda Lorraine (Strathen) Topper of Hampstead.

She was a graduate of North Carroll High School and had worked as an office clerk. She enjoyed watching the birds in her yard, all dogs, and spending time with her sons.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her sons, Jack and Jameson Hebb, both of Lutherville; sisters, Kelly and Nicole Topper, both of Upperco; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her daughter, Lindy Hebb.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 14, 2018, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. Services will be private.
