Leo "Lee" T.  Bartnik, Jr.
Leo "Lee" Theodore Bartnik, Jr., 75, of Hampstead,"I Did It My Way", passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at York Hospital. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Leo and Anita (Blair) Bartnik. He was the beloved husband of Christina Bartnik, his wife of 43 years.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army where he received the Silver Star Medal, Bronze Star Medal and a Purple Heart. He had been a self-employed contractor, prior to his retirement to work on their beloved farm.

Surviving in addition to his wife is son, Dennis Bartnik and wife Vicki of PA; daughters, Christine Bozzell and Lisa Schmidt, both of PA; brothers, Richard Bartnik and wife Jean, Donald Bartnik and wife Linda, Allan Bartnik and wife Barbara; sister, Karen Hoffmeister and husband Ray; sisters-in-law, Pat McDonald and husband Mac, Debbie Bull, Ruth Day and husband Chris, and Diane Bartnik; brother-in-law Larry Moravec and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Keith and Gary Bartnik.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 24, 2018, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead. Funeral services and interment will be private and at a later date.
