Life Story for Mary Lou Woyick (Segafoose)

Mary Lou  Woyick (Segafoose)
Mary Lou Woyick (née Segafoose), of Westminster, passed away on March 19, 2018, in Westminster.

Mary Lou was born in Baltimore, MD to Guy and Helen Segafoose on September 6, 1941. She was married to George Leidner, Jr. from 1960 to 1962. She married Walter Woyick in November 1983. Mary Lou graduated from Milford Mill High School in 1959, and was employed as a secretary until starting her own business at the Pennsylvania Dutch Market in Westminster. She loved people and animals of all kinds, and rode and showed horses for many years winning numerous trophies and awards.

Mary Lou is preceded in death by her husband Walter Woyick, and her parents Guy and Helen Segafoose.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Laura Leidner Blanz, son-in-law Richard Blanz, dear friends Richard and Rosemary Schinzel and their family, and her friends at Carroll Lutheran Village.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg, MD, with Chaplain Jimmie Schwartz of Carroll Lutheran Village officiating.

Additionally, a Memorial Gathering to celebrate the life of Mary Lou will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday June 7, 2018 at Carroll Lutheran Village in the 201 St. Mark Way Activities Room, with Chaplain Jimmie Schwartz officiating.
