Obituary for Charlotte Marie Wyand (Leight)
Charlotte Marie Wyand, 81, of Westminster, passed away Sunday April 1, 2018 at the Hanover Hospital in Hanover, PA.
Born January 20, 1937 in Monkton, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Carroll and Lillian Marie Ford Leight.
Mrs. Wyand enjoyed making artificial flower arrangements. She loved cats, dogs and all animals.
Surviving are her son, Daniel J. Gardner and grandson, Timothy Gardner, both of Westminster; sisters, Patricia McElwain of New Park, PA and Caroly Shaffer of Glen Rock, PA.
The family will receive friends Thursday, April 5 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 6 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Wiseburg Cemetery in White Hall.
Memorial contributions may be sent to an animal rescue organization of your choice.
