The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Hanigan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I worked with Pat at Hewlett Packard. He was always so very willing to learn new things and to do any job that needed doing. Pat greeted me every morning with a smile and a positive attitude. I genuinely enjoyed working with him. My sincere condolences to the family of Pat Hanigan.

Condolence: My deepest sympathy to the family of James Pat Hanigan on the loss of your loved one. Losing someone you love is very difficult. Jehovah God knows the pain death brings and that is why at Revelation 21:3-4 God promises soon all pain, sickness, and death will be eliminated. How comforting to know that God not only has the power but the desire to reunite us with our loved ones by means of the resurrection hope Jesus spoke of at John 5:28-29. May you find comfort in God's promises and your cherished memories. I am sorry for your loss. Further comforting scriptures can be found on the website jw.org.

Condolence: Dear Christin, and I am very sorry for your loss. Although I never met him, I know from the way you spoke about him that your dad was a great father, role model and your most enthusiastic cheerleader. He leaves a great void. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Hughs, Ana.

Condolence: Mrs Lynn & Family,
I am deeply saddened by the loss you and your family have encountered. Not only was Mr Pat a great man, person, and friend he was like a second father to me. He was someone that I looked up to and always wished I could be like. He was someone who didn’t have a mean bone in his body. He touched more people than you know and will be forever in our thoughts and prayers. We will surely miss the presence of a loveable, and kind person. Keep on “ Moving the Sticks “ buddy!! Go Steelers

Condolence: My sincere condolences to Pat's immediate family as well as his extended family as he touched many. Salt of the earth this guy. Do anything for ya and then some. I guess he'll now be watching the Steelers on Sundays with some of the all time greats as he is certainly one of them. R.I.P. my old friend.

Condolence: I've always had an idea of how I think people should be. We should be kind and respectful to each other. We should love and support our friends and family and fight to protect them. We should not take ourselves too seriously yet be serious enough to succeed in life. We should be generous for no reason at all. My experience with Pat was exactly that. If you had the pleasure of knowing him, you should take the time to reflect on his goodness, and apply it to your life as it will certainly make you a better person. This is how I will honor him.
