Thomas A. Madairy, 65, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away Tuesday September 11, 2018 at Golden Crest Assisted Living in Hampstead.

Born December 17, 1952 in Baltimore, he was a son of the late Alva Clifton and Marguerite Hunter Wood Madairy.

He had worked as a computer programmer.

Surviving are his brother and sister-in-law, Lee H. and Lisa Madairy of Westminster; nephew, Matthew Madairy and his wife Jade of Hampstead; niece, Maria Madairy of Westminster. He is also survived by his extended family and cherished friends.

A celebration of Tom's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Carroll Hospice, Inc., 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
