I worked with Ken ay Carroll Transit.Officer Russell issued my first speeding ticket at Falls road and Deepdean rd in Baltimore Maryland. I deserved it.I will remember the talks we had at Carroll Transit with fondness. So Sorry!

Condolence: I worked with Ken in the Baltimore Police Department. Ken was assigned to the radar unit then and I was a motorcycle officer. I always remember him as a very nice man who was always making us laugh. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. May he rest in eternal peace.
