Obituary for Kathleen Ellen Tucker (Jaggers)
Kathleen Ellen Tucker, 77, of Hanover, PA passed away on April 24, 2019 in Westminster, MD. She was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Stanley C. and Mary E. (nee Crowe) Jaggers. She was married to David J. Tucker.
Kathleen worked for 12 years for the State of MD as an Administrative Aide in the Department of Human Resources. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting, scrabble, Irish music, Van Morrison and watching the “Young & Restless” soap opera. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Kathleen was an animal lover especially dogs and cats.
She is survived by her husband David J. Tucker; children, James Decker, David L. Decker, Timothy W. Decker, Elizabeth Tucker, Reynaldo Mendigorin and his wife Heather and Amelia Mendigorin; brother of David B. Jaggers; sister Mary Alice and Patty. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, several great grandchildren and her beloved “Goldie”. Sister in law of Phillip Tucker and his wife Helene. Predeceased by siblings Yvonne, Sheila, Charlotte and Brian.
Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Monday 6-9pm. Service will be held on Tuesday, 10am at the funeral home. Interment in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
