Arnolda E. van der Heyden, 87, of Reisterstown passed away on November 22, 2015 at home. She was born on July 11, 1928 in Rotterdam in the Netherlands to the late Hendrick and Maria Engelina Kramer. She was married to the late Willem Francicus Leonardus van der Heyden.
She was a homemaker and had studied at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore.
She is survived by daughter Maria and her husband John Abel of Reisterstown; son Bill and his wife Ann van der Heyden of Huntingtown, MD; daughter Nolly and her husband Bob Murray of Reisterstown; son Rick and his wife Donna van der Heyden. Also survived by grandchildren: Melissa Coffman, Charlie Abel, Robert Murray, Jr., James Murray, Benjamin Murray, Engelina Murray, Christina van der Heyden, Emily van der Heyden, Nicholas van der Heyden, Timothy van der Heyden, Victoria van der Heyden;
great-grandchildren: Brock Abel, Kian McGloin, Emily Kern, Madison Taylor, Murray Smith, Yenika Smith, Cooper Park , Brayden Murray , Dietrich Smith, David Murray , Ryder Park, Kierk Smith , Madison Abel, Tucker Park , James Murray. She was predeceased by Ely Rom her companion of 40 years;
Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Friday 7-9pm. Service will be held on Saturday 11am at Northwest Baptist Church. Interment private.
