Obituary for Ralph Leon Renner

Ralph Leon  Renner
Ralph Leon Renner, 84, of Upperco, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born February 26, 1934 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Isaac and Ida (Robosson) Renner. He was the beloved husband of Nancy Elaine Renner, to whom he was married 61 years.

Mr. Renner was a veteran, having honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. He had worked in telecommunications for C & P and later Verizon as a lineman and supervisor. He was a life member of American Legion Post 200 in Hampstead, a member and Past Commander of D.A.V. , a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and was an antiques appraiser. He enjoyed the Baltimore Orioles.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter, Kelly J. Rinaudo and husband Anthony of Manchester; sons, Douglas Renner and wife Linda of Taneytown, Mark Renner and wife Christiana of Ft. Worth, Texas and Paul Renner and wife Susan of Westminster; daughter-in-law Amy Renner of Finksburg; sister-in-law, June Renner of Hampstead. Also survived by 17 grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Christopher Renner.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 10, 2018, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, MD. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018, 1:30 pm at the Eline Funeral Home with Pastor Andy Vineberg officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Dove House, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
