Patricia Ann Rugemer, 76, of Perry, Maine passed away on May 20, 2018. She was born on November 13, 1941 in Roanoke, VA to the late James Paul Keesee and Ruby Hazeltine (nee Hogan) Keesee.

She had worked for Rosewood State Hospital as a secretary for 38 years.

She is survived by her daughter Tonya M. Mizzell of Perry, ME; sister Bernice Bennett of Cumberland, MD; brother Eugene Paul Keesee of Randallstown, MD; nephew Robert Clifford Bennett; Jr., predeceased by brother Floyd Keesee.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 3-5 & 7-9pm. Service will be private.
