James M. Kemp Jr., 31, of Manchester passed away suddenly on September 19, 2018 at his home. He was born December 26, 1986 in Owings Mills and graduated from Owings Mills High School in 2004.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Charles E. Kemp.
He is survived by his wife Amy, sons James M. III and Dale C. Kemp; daughters Hannah M. and Haylee C. Kemp, his mother Amberly C. Blizzard and father James M. Kemp Sr. (Dana); sisters Sarah C. and Allison M. Blizzard and brother Christopher M. Kemp; grandfather David A. Shaffer (Anne) and grandmothers Gale C. Shaffer and Janet Kemp.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, MD followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 pm.
