Charles C. Barbour, Sr. of Delaware, formerly of Cockeysville passed away on October 31, 2018 at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, Delaware. He was born on May 27, 1929 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late George Joseph Barbour and Anna Wilhelmina (nee Russo) Barbour. He was the husband of the late Patricia Marie (nee Walzog) Barbour.

Mr. Barbour was in automotive sales.

He is survived by his daughter Vickie M. Warfield of Felton, DE and the late daughter Cheryl Stevenson; grandchildren Tonia Bland, Amy Barbour and Joshua Warfield; great grandchildren Matthew and Kaylee Bland.

Funeral Services will be held at Eline Funeral Home 11824 Reisterstown Road (at Franklin Blvd.) on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 2:00pm. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1-2pm at the funeral home. Interment Lake View Memorial Park.
