Ralph was a long time friend of my parents Donald & Georgia Watts. I remember our families getting together when we were young. Ralph & Martha were lovely people.

Ralph was such a kind and caring man. He was our neighbor for over 30 years and was very active in our church, Mt. Zion UMC. He was a generous Christian man and we were very fond of him. Our condolences to his family. Love, the Flower Family

I worked for Baltimore County in the highway inspection division in the 1960s. I had many contacts with Ralph as manager of Crest Contracting Co. He was a true professional and a gentleman. I was always glad when Crest got a county contract because I knew the work would be done properly and there would be no disputes with the contractor. I left the county in 1968 and joined private consulting firms afterward. I still had occasional contact with Ralph all positive. I am sad that Ralph has passed on. I am now retired and living in Snow Hill. Ed Haile
