Lasagna

Your mom was such a great hostess and oh how she loved to cook mass quantities of Italian food. I remember watching her make lasagna and asking her what she was doing with the hard boiled eggs. She explained she sliced them and made them a layer in the lasagna. I said I never heard of that; she looked at me like I had 2 heads and made it perfectly clear she knew what she was doing. It was the best lasagna I ever ate!
