To the entire Rowe family, I am so sorry to learn of the loss of not only your husband Mrs. Leona but the loss of your father. Mr. Joe was a wonderful man in every aspect. I had much respect for him as an ordained Minister as well as a friend and someone to look up to. You will be in my thoughts & prayers for the days to come for strength. I love you all.
