Obituary for Patricia Ann Eyler (Staton)

Patricia Ann Staton Eyler, 49, of Westminster, died Sunday April 12, 2015 at her home.

Born December 25, 1965 in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of Nancy Elizabeth Gouker Staton of Manchester and the late John William Staton.

She was a 1983 graduate of North Carroll High School. She had worked as a manager of the Hampstead Country Crown convenience store. She was a member of Alesia Free Methodist Church. She enjoyed puzzles, watching television and spending time with her family.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are daughters, Meghin Montaigne of Manchester, MD and Melinda Eyler of New Oxford, PA; son, Michael Dean Montaigne of Baltimore, MD; sisters, Sandra Staton of Manchester, MD, Dottie Watkins of Westminster, MD, Christine Alban of Westminster, MD and Charlotte Gutknecht of Manchester, MD; brothers, Mitchell Staton of Street, MD and Daniel Staton of Westminster, MD; grandsons, Dillon Montaigne and Wyatt Montaigne and granddaughter, Carmen Montaigne. She will also be remembered by her best friend, Judi Wike of North Carolina.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Joseph Sheeler, Sr. officiating. Interment will private.
