Ronald Gary "Ron" Bowers
Ronald Gary Bowers, 70, of Finksburg, MD passed away on Sunday May 17, 2015 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, MD. Born June 23, 1944 in Baltimore MD, he was the son of the late Harry & Florence Bowers. Husband of Karen (nee Vizzini) Bowers. He was a Budget Analyst for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers for 38 years and in the Army Reserves for 9 years. He also worked part-time at Bowl America/AMF Bowl for 34 years. He loved playing golf, crossword puzzles, the outdoors and spending time with his cats Jack & Max.



In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter Jennifer Bowers of Catonsville, MD, daughter Amanda and husband Lance Martin of Forest, VA, son Jonathan and wife Lisa Bowers of Lynchburg, daughter Alison Bowers of Catonsville, MD & Rebecca and husband Clint Stevens of Ellicott City, MD; step-daughter Jennifer and husband Dan Kurzmiller of Hampstead, MD; and step-son Mike Bernstein of St. Petersburg, FL. Also survived by 9 grandchildren.
