On this most difficult anniversary, I am again reminded of the fun times spent with Bill, tweaking the Classic Country or High Energy Oldies on the great-sounding RBC Stations in the DC area! It was truly a great adventure, and I was continually amazed at the depth of his programming knowledge, as well as how entertaining he was when he told one of his endless radio stories. Libby and the Family remain in my thoughts and prayers daily. -Tom
