The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Diane Lam can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Diane Lam (Kidd)

Diane  Lam (Kidd)
Diane F. Lam, 80, of Westminster, passed away on June 24, 2016 at the Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born April 6, 1936 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Reta (Folk) Kidd and the wife of Norman C. Lam.

Diane was a member of Lebanon Chapter 108, Order of the Eastern Star, Associate Guardian of Job's Daughters, and a troop leader for Brownies and Girl Scouts. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining friends, and especially spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Norman C. Lam, her daughter, Rebecca D. Tyrrell of Parkville, MD; son, David L. Lam of Aberdeen, MD; stepson, Charles J. Lam of Winchester, VA; sister, Dawn F. Stirneman of Auburn, GA; .

A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2016, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St, Hampstead, MD. A service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, 11:00 am at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in Hampstead Cemetery.
