Beatrice Elizabeth Dean-Lynn, 84, of Hampstead, passed away Friday December 2, 2016 at her home.

Born September 15, 1932 in Elkton, VA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Gladys Hensley Eppard. She was the wife of Charles N. Lynn.

She had worked as a machine operator for the Murray Corporation. She enjoyed reading, cooking, bluegrass music and gardening.

Surviving are her two daughters, Deborah Jean Miranda and Juanita Elaine Jones, both of Baltimore; four stepchildren, Vicki Wagner, Kevin Lynn, Tina-Lynn Troyer, and Kendall Corson; three grandsons, David Jones, Lonnie Testerman, Dallas Testerman; granddaughter, Shannon Tatum; seven great-grandsons, Kyle Baxley, Weston Testerman, Brantley Testerman, Brandon Testerman, Blake Tatum, Bryson Tatum, Layne Testerman; great-granddaughter, Bethany Testerman; brother, Jesse Eppard; 11 step-grandchildren and 14 step-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers Berlon, Hensel, Eugene and Lonnie Eppard and sister Beulah Lam.

The family will receive friends Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Art Monroe officiating. Interment will be in Hampstead Cemetery.
