Michael Kweku Arthur, 19, of Westminster, passed away on April 10, 2017. He was born on November 19, 1997 to Michael and Sandra (nee Moses) Arthur.

Michael is survived by his parents; his sister Samara Arthur; and many other family and friends.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at All Saints' Episcopal Church, 203 E. Chatsworth Ave., Reisterstown, MD from 12pm to 2pm. A service will follow the visitation at 2pm at the church.

Interment will be in All Saints' Cemetery.
