Obituary for Georgia Young
Georgia Lee Young, 76, of Upperco, died Sunday March 15, 2015 at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
Born July 5, 1938 in Baltimore County she was the daughter of the late George W. and Margaret V. Lambert Miller. She was the wife of Ernest C. Young.
She retired from Northrop Grumman.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughter, Debbie Armacost of Manchester; son, Gary Young of Boring; sisters, Nancy Rhoten of Snydersburg, Betty Miles of Hampstead and Joyce Buell of Upperco; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home, with Pastor Michael C. Adams officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
