Condolence: Richard Lee,
When I think of the best years of my childhood life, you were there. I always wanted to be like you. You have such a natural talent when dealing with nature, animals, flowers, and gardening. You were always this cute little boy with a dirty face and hands and feet to match. Yet you were clean and pure in you innocence. You had that gift until the day you left us. I will always remember that dirty little boy with the dark brown eyes that always captured my soul, and with ears that stuck out just enough to make him the cutest thing in the world. You are now free to do the things you love so much. No doubt you have been given the responsibility of tending to heaven's flower gardens and all creatures big and small. I will see you in all good things I see. I love you Richard Lee.

Condolence: You will be missed my dear uncle. Your contagious laugh, even amidst adversity, your loving and caring ways, your love for animals big and small, flowers, oceans and rivers and all creation. You found a way to give and help your family and friends, even though you were struggling yourself.
My heart breaks knowing I will never hear you laugh again. I only take comfort in knowing you are not hurting anymore, knowing that your soul is free, freer than you ever were in this world.
My heart takes comfort in God's promises, knowing I will see you again and your body will be completely healed.
I will always remember you… That day you saw me after many years and skinny you lifted me up embracing me in a bear hug even though I probably weighed more than you; the day you showed up at the hospital in PR giving me the shock of my life; the day I returned home from the hospital to find the most beautiful landscape you had left behind for me; the day we drove to NC singing Bon Jovi songs out loud whether we were in tune or not, you kept telling me to embrace the hippy in me and sing my heart out; the day you gave me the tastiest chili I've ever had only to tell me later it was made with deer meat (oh, how much we laughed that day!)
Memories of you will always be in my heart and the hearts of all of those who met you because you my dear uncle were one special guy. I love you my sweet uncle and I'm thankful for your unconditional love and all you did for me! Until we meet again.
Hugs to all my family in Maryland, I miss you all and wish I could be there with you.
Chris and I send all our love.

Condolence: Richard you are the kindest soul I've ever known. You have made the lives of many people richer just by knowing you. I will always help the baby bird and think of you while doing it. I was happy to see that little boy look in your eyes again. I know you are at peace now and for that I'm grateful. I love you Richard. Jo Ann
